Through our interaction history, consumers' stated preference, and actual responses, we always strive to optimize on how we can cater to your style of communication and refine our strategies adjusting to different user segments.

With data also, we believe eventually we will enable to help consumers attain better financial wellness (think of online quizzes to predict the spending pattern, saving indication, etc).
